The Ballad Of John Walker Lindh

John Walker Lindh, thought there was no sin
To train to spread some terror
Could have been a hero, now he is a zero
Like all that want to spread fear

America, Americans, all know their home
In America, we Americans, all love our home

Don’t like his name, it’s getting’ to much fame
And sympathy from some misguided
No jury will decide, copped a plea to save his hide
No room for American taliban

How could this happen, he grew up so well
Just after prison, the sentence could be hell

John Walker Lindh, thought there was no sin
To train to spread some terror
Could have been a hero, now he is a zero
Like all that want to spread fear

America, Americans, all know their home
In America, we Americans, all love our home
America, Americans, all know their home
In America, most Americans, all know their home
All love their home, God Bless our home
